Natural is the simplest tone in the ANDINA collection — and the most demanding to get right. No dye is applied. The color is the wool itself, straight from the animal, hand-spun and woven without intervention.
Which means every surface variation, every subtle shift in tone, every irregularity across the weave is the fiber being honest about what it is. The slight warmth in one area, the cooler cream in another — that is not inconsistency. That is the character of undyed wool.
The Round Rug in Natural has three product images. One shows the rug in a furnished living room beside a sofa — placed, at home. One is a top-down view on concrete floor that shows the circular shape and weave clearly. The third is a close-up of the edge and texture. All three are worth looking at before ordering.
After weaving on a flat loom, the circular shape is cut by hand with scissors and the edge finished stitch by stitch with needle and wool. No machine does this. The hand-stitched edge is visible in the detail shot.
A round wool rug natural in color works in any room that uses a warm neutral palette — alongside timber, linen, stone, plaster. The circle softens the geometry of a rectangular room.
