ABOUT US

ANDINA is a textile design studio rooted in the landscapes and traditions of northern Argentina.

We collaborate with artisan communities across the Andes to create handwoven rugs and textiles that unite ancestral craft with contemporary design.

Each piece is a quiet reflection of place — shaped by natural fibers, human hands, and the rhythm of the land itself.

ARTISANS

Our pieces are handwoven by artisans living in remote highland regions, many of them women who have inherited their craft through generations.

Through weaving, they sustain their families and preserve a cultural legacy that remains vital and alive.

Their knowledge, passed from mother to daughter, carries the strength and poetry of time.

MATERIALS & SUSTAINABILITY

We work with pure, natural fibers — undyed llama and sheep’s wool — selected for their warmth, durability, and honest beauty.

Our production is small-batch and site-specific, minimizing waste and favoring longevity over volume.

By choosing timeless design and repairable construction, we create pieces meant to last and age with grace.

SLOW DESIGN

We believe in time — in the slow rhythm that allows beauty to emerge naturally.

Each rug, throw, and cushion is woven with intention, embracing the quiet irregularities that reveal the hand behind the weave.

Quality over quantity, pieces made to endure rather than follow seasons.
