General
These terms govern the use of andinadecor.com and every purchase from ANDINA, whether placed on the website or confirmed through a custom quote. By placing an order you accept them.

Made to Order
Most ANDINA pieces are handwoven when they are ordered, in the size and colors chosen by the client. A small selection may be available ready to ship.
Natural fibers and handwork bring small variations in tone, texture and dimensions. Final dimensions may vary by up to 2% from the size ordered. These variations are part of each piece and are not considered defects.

Prices and Payment
Prices are in US dollars and are final: they include shipping and import duties to any destination. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed in your order or quote will not.
— Website orders are paid in full at checkout with any major credit or debit card.
— Custom orders can be paid by card or wire transfer. They are confirmed with a 50% deposit, and the balance is due when the piece is ready to ship.

Custom Orders
A custom order begins once the quote is accepted and the deposit is received. We will notify you when your piece is ready; the balance must be paid within 14 days of that notice. If it is not, the order may be cancelled and the deposit kept.
Approved samples and strike-offs are a reference for color and texture; the final piece will follow them as closely as handwork allows.

Lead Times
Lead times are stated on each product page and in every quote, counted from the confirmation of your order to delivery. They are estimates: handwork, weather and customs can occasionally extend them, and we will tell you as soon as we know. Finished pieces can be held at our studio and shipped on a date that suits your project.

Shipping, Duties and Delivery
We ship worldwide from Argentina by FedEx air express, door to door, with tracking. Shipping and import duties are included in the price; there are no charges at delivery.
Please inspect your piece on arrival and tell us within 7 days of delivery if there is any damage or difference from your order.

Cancellations
Website orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun; in that case the deposit is not refundable.

Returns and Our Commitment
Each piece is made to order, so as a rule we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do want every client to be happy with their textile: if something is not right, write to us and we will look for a solution together.
If a piece arrives damaged or does not match your order, tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos, and we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Privacy
We use your name, email, address and order details only to process your order and keep in touch about it. Payment details are processed by secure payment providers and are not stored by ANDINA. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Liability
ANDINA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its products, or from cleaning and care not carried out as recommended. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the piece concerned.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
