2. Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once the manufacturing process has started.

Returns:

Custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
For standard products, we offer a return policy within 14 days of receiving the order. The product must be in its original, unused condition to qualify for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the product is not in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: We offer free shipping for all orders via DHL Express. There are no additional shipping costs.
Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location. We will provide tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
Customs Duties and Taxes: Please be aware that, while shipping is included at no extra cost, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in your country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the customs authorities upon arrival and may vary. We are not responsible for any additional fees incurred during the import process.

4. Product Descriptions and Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, due to differences in monitor settings and lighting conditions, the actual product may differ slightly from what is displayed on our website.

We accept major credit cards and PayPal for payment. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of our website will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
By purchasing from our website, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

9. Partial Payments

Payment Structure: For certain custom or high-value orders, we offer a partial payment option. Under this arrangement, customers will pay 50% of the total order value upfront to confirm the order, with the remaining 50% due when the product is ready for shipment.
Order Confirmation: The initial 50% payment is required to begin production of your order. Without this payment, the order will not be processed.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid before the product is shipped. We will notify you when your order is ready, and you will have up to 14 days to complete the final payment. Failure to pay the remaining balance within this period may result in the cancellation of your order, and the initial payment may be forfeited.
Refunds: If you choose to cancel the order after the initial payment has been made, please note that this payment is non-refundable once production has begun. Refunds are only available under our standard cancellation and return policy as stated above.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our site signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
