Color in natural fiber is not a fixed thing. A yarn dyed with natural pigments shifts depending on the light — warm in morning sun, cooler under artificial light, deeper in shadow. The only reliable way to confirm a color for a project is to hold it in the space itself.
The Yarn Sample Box contains all 20 colors in ANDINA’s rug catalogue, each as an individual wool yarn sample presented in a premium cloth-covered box with lid. These are the exact yarns used in production — hand-dyed with natural dyes by artisans in northwest Argentina — which means the color you see in the sample is the color that ends up in the finished rug. There is no gap between sample and product.
For designers specifying custom rugs, this box is the starting point. Bring it to the project space, test the yarns against the other materials and light conditions, and confirm your color before the order is placed. It removes the single biggest source of uncertainty in a custom textile order.
