Yes, most of our work is custom. While we have a large selection of sizes, designs, and colors, do not hesitate to reach out with specific custom requests.

OUR RUGS
All our rugs are woven with 100% pure sheep’s wool.
Our rugs are woven by hand on a loom utlizing techniques that are hundreds of years old. The entire production process is 100% handmade and sustainable.
Yes, our rugs are very durable when cared for properly. Follow ANDINA’s Care & Maintenance tips, your rug will last for many years.

ORDERS AND RETURNS
Depending on the size and complexity of the design, delivery times vary between 6 and 8 weeks.
At this time, we do not accept returns or exhanges. All of our products are made exclusively for each customer making it difficult for a rug to find another home when returned.
In any case, we believe it is important to mention that we have never received a complaint or disagreement with the rugs that our customers have received.
SHIPPING
Once ready, rugs are carefully packaged and sent by courier (Fedex / DHL).
