Stumbled across this online store and ordered a few cushions. They are beautiful pieces and the service is great . I have since ordered a rug for my dining room and even though I have done this remotely it was made easy with a lot of patience from Joaquin and good reference with various options and all my questions were answered promptly and gave me great confidence to proceed.
Joaquin was very attentive, reassuring and knowledgeable and led us through the custom made rug process in a wonderful way and we’ve ended up with what we really wanted

The Andina team were great to work with - from beginning to end. We ordered a custom rug, so there were more than a few emails back and forth to land on the desired design. We recently purchased a rug from Andina and couldn't be more pleased! The artisans' craftsmanship is exquisite—it's clear that a lot of care went into making it. The texture is incredibly soft underfoot, making it a cozy addition to our client's space. We went with the colors Natural and Sand, which add elegance to the room. It's both functional and stylish, and we can tell it will last for years to come. We highly recommend it!
Got two of these for bedside runners after reading reviews of how soft the wool was. They do not disappoint! The color and quality is perfect! They also came with rug pads cut to size which was a nice surprise. Highly recommend these rugs and I’m sure I’ll be ordering more
Really impressed with the quality of our custom rug, the wool is soft, the natural dyes are rich in colour, and it fits our space perfectly. It was exactly what we were picturing!
